Welcome to
Sow Many Seedlings
I provide,
Landscaping Services, specializing in designing and building edible food forest style gardens in which people can enjoy both beauty and sustainability. By growing flowering annuals and perennials alongside vegetables, herbs, trees and shrubs we improve regional biodiversity which increases the presence of pollinators, beneficial insects and the purification of our water and air. Planting intensively, using both flowers and food producing plants, can support food security for families by providing longer seasons of access to homegrown herbs, fruits and vegetables.
Vegetable and Flower Seedlings along with a variety of herbs and perennials. All of my plants are germinated from seed by me and are grown and raised organically with no chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Providing many heirloom options is important to me, because they produce especially delicious fruit and vegetables and are open pollinated which means you can save the seeds of the fruit, vegetables and herbs grown from these varieties. This makes it easy for you to save and grow your favourite plants year after year without having to purchase fresh seed!
Floral Bouquets freshly harvested from my organic garden. All of my flowers are grown from seed (bulb or tuber) by me and are chosen specifically for use in cut flower arrangements because of their longevity in the vase, lovely scent or use in dried flower arrangements. Grown with our ecosystem in mind, from seed to harvest, my flowers are never sprayed or treated with chemicals.
Homemade Preserves made with locally grown ingredients, harvested from southern Ontario farms located as far north as Barrie down into the Niagara region and south into London. I highly recommend all of the local you-pick farms I visit for their seasonal produce and country atmosphere. Each farm is recognized within the description of each product I produce and I encourage you to visit each of them for your own wonderful farm experiences.
Handmade Quilts designed, pieced and free motion quilted from my home sewing machine using modern and old fashioned fabric designs, styles and patterns. My quilts are sown to stand the test of time and are sure to last for many years to come.
